How it all started...
I started journaling in 2015. At first, it was something I did once in a while, but it quickly became the one habit I kept returning to.
Whenever I felt happy, angry, sad, or overwhelmed, I reached for a pen. Expressing my emotions out loud never came naturally to me, so writing became my way of saying what I couldn’t always say. It helped me untangle my thoughts, process my feelings, and feel a little more grounded.
Over time, I collected several journals, each one holding a different chapter of my life. I wasn’t perfectly consistent over the years. Life got busy, and some pages were left half-filled. But journaling was always there when I needed it most.
That’s exactly how Routiné was born.
After years of sharing parts of my life on social media, I wanted to share something more meaningful, the habit that supported me quietly in the background. Routiné started with journals, but the idea is simple: to create the small things I always wished I had in my daily routine.
Inspired by years of journaling and by my mother’s carefully organized notebooks, Routiné is about making everyday life feel a little clearer, lighter, and more intentional.
